Return & Refund

The Mattress Upgrade delivery and dispatch team will initiate the pick-up, check
and verify the item returned for any damages. Once they confirm that the
products are in good shape, we shall initiate the replacement or refund
whichever is opted. In case of a refund, the full amount will be refunded to the
account through which your order payment was done. It might take 7-10 working
days to effect the refund.

If you had received any free gift from Mattress Upgrade along with the product,
you will have to return that as well.

Cancellation before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 3-4 hours of placing the same over a call to
<phone number> or email to <email id>. Mattress Upgrade shall initiate the
cancellation immediately and the refund will be effected within 48-72 hours after
your cancellation request is placed.
